About job:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in production support, inventory handling, packaging, and operational processes within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily production and operational tasks to maintain an efficient workflow
* Prepare, organize, and handle materials and products for packaging and distribution
* Support loading, unloading, and movement of goods throughout the facility
* Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
* Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock management
* Inspect materials and products for accuracy, quality, and visible damage
* Complete basic production records, inventory documentation, and operational paperwork
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Basic documentation and record-keeping abilities
