Medical Device Assembly - Irvine

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly role to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine. This 2nd shift production position involves carefully assembling medical device components according to detailed instructions. You will utilize microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment while adhering to strict quality standards to ensure the safety and functionality of the finished products.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Must be flexible to work overtime

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Medical Device Assembly

Role Responsibilities for Medical Device Assembly

• Assemble individual parts and subassemblies of medical devices by following established procedures and blueprints.
• Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify any defects or non-conformances.
• Follow detailed work orders and assembly instructions to accurately build devices according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures to properly assemble components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a controlled environment, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.

Location : Irvine. This role is based in a controlled manufacturing environment.
