Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Mowing Crew Foreman is responsible for day-to-day duties in our mowing division. The Foreman is responsible for managing a crew of 1-2 team members to complete tasks in a timely fashion.The Mowing Crew Foreman is responsible for understanding and transcribing job descriptions, problem-solving, and communicating directly with the customer. During the winter months, they will help to provide additional services such as Holiday Lighting, Snow Removal, and warehouse work.To succeed in this role, the Mowing Crew Foreman should have excellent time management and communication skills. They will collaborate with various internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.ABOUT ELKHORN LAWN CARE:Our mission is to provide exceptional year-round property services to our clients under one roof while empowering our team members to grow to their maximum potential.
