Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role is a plus.
