We are looking for an experienced SEC Compliance Manager/Director to lead regulatory reporting and strengthen compliance practices within a financial services environment in Chicago, Illinois. This role will oversee the preparation and review of filings, guide financial reporting compliance efforts, and partner with senior stakeholders to uphold reporting accuracy and governance standards.
